TICKET Webinar 3 of 12: "The Stories that Move project: encourage learners to think about diversity and discrimination and help them understand their own views and choice"
Stories that Move is a free online tool offered in seven languages, developed by the Anne Frank House and partners, for teaching about diversity and discrimination (www.storiesthatmove.org). It offers:
• Learning through storytelling
• Safe online learning environment
• Ready-to-use teaching packages

Guided by young people’s real stories and experiences, teachers can address topics like prejudice and discrimination. During this webinar two Stories that Move trainers will introduce ways of discussing these complex and sensitive topics in the classroom. Besides showing how the online tool works, you will get to know several stories of young adults dealing with diversity and discrimination in their personal lives and you will get to know concrete examples of exercises that you can do with your students.
